Alma greeted me with a great Hello. I told her what I was looking for and she led the way. I was looking just to clean my jewlwey and get new earrings. I asked her what she thought and gave me her honest opinion. Later I looked at why she was engaged with her team and customer turns out she is the lead, and this was her second day at this store. As she was giving me the attention while I was asking all my questions. Alma was very engaged and has lots of product knowledge. She even recognized I had a limited-edition charm. Thank you Alma.
