Samantha was amazing! My sister and I came in to exchange some bracelets that we received as graduation presents. It was complicated but she was so sweet and patient with us. We never felt rushed or pressure for anything, as it should always be. Thank you Samantha for your amazing customer service.

Happy they had anniversary type charm in stock. Easy to walk in and make purchase. Sales rep was fast on greeting us when we walked in and helped us with what we where looking for.

I can’t remember the associates name but she was super sweet, knowledgeable, funny and a great person! I went in for 1 charm and walked out with 4 and a credit card (she got me haha) my niece also found the stitch bangle and charm she was looking g for! Overall great experience!
