I went in this location as a new customer completely oblivious to anything Pandora related. I went in looking for bridesmaids gifts and didn't know what I was looking for. Vanessa greeted me and promptly asked me if I needed help. She was patient and very knowledgeable with all the products. She helped me pick out 2 beautiful bracelets and 2 charms to go with it. She took her time to show me different products since I didn't know what I wanted. She was great!!!! This is the level of professionalism and service every employee should aspire to attain to. Couldn't be happier.
