Pandora did a great job of greeting us when we first walked into the store. Extremely friendly associates who were well informed about their products.

An associate name Clara S. from Cerritos was beyond very helpful. She knew what I was looking for and was basically asking what I liked and what I should take a look at. Also, she is very nice and kind.

I was greeted nicely. I got what I needed. Victor was very courteous and professional. He also made good suggestions for me. The store was very bright, clean and welcoming.

Jasmine was very helpful, she showed us the items and gave us options to choose from. She took the time to listen and try to find out what we were looking for and quickly picked up on what items to show us.. very knowledgeable about the pieces and very patient . Very good customer service
