I had an issue with a bracelet that was a gift, and since I didn’t have a receipt and we couldn’t find it in your system, Alma told me she would speak to her manager to see what they could do about it. I called the next day and spoke to Alma she said they could work with me in getting something of the same value or more higher where I would pay. I could say that I was highly satisfied with the effort that Alma took in this situation to meet a customers need. I was highly satisfied with Alma her store manager Andrea and Moe! You guys have a happy customer here! Awesome customer service at this location.

I felt like the employees were very welcoming. I really liked how they took time to show us all the ring options and were very patient. I did appreciate how organized everything was. Also it was nice how helpful they were when it came to figuring out my ring size.

Jasmine was very friendly. Quick with it. Allowed us to speak about what liked and didn’t like. Helped us find exactly what we wanted. Checked the back to see if the size we needed was available. Above and beyond service. Hard to find now a day but Jasmine was phenomenal.

The Selection of iteams to choose from were awesome and endless. The associate was extremely helpful and friendly in helping me find the perfect birthday gift for my cousin.
