Anne was super patient and extremely helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for even though we weren’t sure ourselves!! She’s the best!

Overall the customer service was immaculate. They made me feel welcomed even with my toddler screaming to the side of me. Unfortunately the store missed out on what could’ve been a bigger sale due to not having many items I requested from the booklet. I also requested a color theme (blue) but wasn’t given any options on it and was shown only two blue options. As I walked out I noticed the displays had a section of straight blue options but I had already made my purchase and I was very disappointed.

The sales manager in the store was extremely knowledgeable. The sales associate helping me took time to measure and allowed me to look at the selection.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the friendly service that the staff gave me. She gave me along with the rest of my family much support and even wished me a happy birthday after getting to know a little more about me.

I was not looking to purchase and Anne L. was the only associate who had welcomed me and my daughter. She was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Will definitely be coming back to shop with her. I am very satisfied with my daughters first Pandora purchase.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate,new of other similar options of charms because the ones I did want were sold out .
