Everytime I visit there is something new. The selection of bracelet styles are always in style. Love the by 2 get one free deal, can't pass that up. The associates are always cheerful no matter which location I visit.

As an organizational development specialists I think it’s great practice to greet people as they enter and let them know you’ll be right with them. Other than that the store manager is great.

There were 4 sales associates 1 was helping a customer and the other 3 were standing around talking to each other while my husband and myself were needing assistance. They all looked at us more then once and acted like we weren't even there.

The visit was just very plain and simple. We just needed a quick birthday charm and weren’t too picky. Nothing wrong with the service provided just wasn’t an outstanding visit. Will come again though.

Pandora changed policy some time ago on how customers view items. If I could see entire trays instead of tell me what item you want to see, I would know all I can purchase. Been shopping Pandora over 10 years and we make close to $200k a year and I am treated like I will steel. Have not spent a lot at Pandora due to this.
