Inadequate staff for the time (prior to Mother’s Day). Associate seemed a little hesitant to approach us; I had to get her attention to assist us as she looked to serve customers who came in after us. She warmed up eventually.

I’ve bought several pieces of jewelry for my girlfriend and have visited several pandora’s not only In Arizona but other states as well and this Scottsdale location by far was the worst. My girlfriend has pandora jewelry on and I’ve walked into pandora stores and the first thing they ask if they could clean it for her. This Scottsdale location we had to finally ask if they could do it after making afew hundred dollar purchase. The service was horrible walked around looking at afew things before being approached and just was told if we needed anything to give him a call. Was a bad experience overall seemed rushed and wasn’t helpful in making a purchase

I walked into the store and was greeted with a "hello" and tone that made me feel as if I had done something to her personally. However she was with another customer and her father so I dismissed the tone and looked around the store to pass time because I already knew what I wanted to purchase. As I walked the store the store your associate watched me as if I had ulterior motive to steal something, even quickly grabbing and shutting a door in front of her and the customers she was helping as if I would grab something out of the cabinet where they stood. But because I wanted to replace a charm that my boyfriend recently purchased for me and I lost I decided to just stand still and wait. I waited for another 5-7 minutes without any acknowledgement. I then left. Only to return about an hour later to find her again with another customer and was treated with the same greeting but the wait was shorter. I was finally able to purchase my charm but with unfriendly customer service no indicative of an experience I would have expected from Pandora and a location like this. My purchase was made at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall in AZ

I have visited this store twice and the associate was talking bad about other customers on both occasions. That is very unprofessional. Also they do not help when you walk in. I had to beg for assistance both times. Maybe because I am African American they did not want to help but they helped another couple that was not. I visited another location and felt uncomfortable as well. This did not make me want to come back.

I bought a necklace & earrings for my wife and she asked me to return the items so she could pick something out she liked for her and my daughter. I went the store and I was the 3rd person in line. The two people in front of me were being waited on and I was patiently waiting my turn. After approximately 30 minutes of the two ladies working was finishing up with the customer and as I was about to approach the counter another customer behind me walked up to her and I said excuse me ma'am to the sales clerk and told her I was next in line and she was loud & rude and told me that someone will take care of me. Her attitude was unpleasant/unprofessional and I was so embarrassed by her reaction. I belive she was either Asian or Hispanic and had her hair up and she was a little heavy. I was about to purchase $1000 of jewelry and her nasty attitude turned me off. I'll never shop at pandora again due to her nasty demeanor/attitude
