I went in for a size exchange for my wedding rings and Kris P (221862) was more than amazing, she actually helped me upgrade my wedding set which made the visit even better! Will definitely go back to her!

The employees have a lot to do with the experience. Not only the cleanness of the store but also the way the employees greet the customers. They are always so friendly and very informative. They make the experience delightful. The jewelry speaks for itself.

The Sales Representative was astute, knowledgeable and knew products available. She was intelligent. The experience in the store was welcoming and a happy environment. Fast to expedite the order and selection of availability was very good.

VANESSA WAS VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL. I BROUGHT MY BRACELET TO HAVE SOME NEW CHARMS ADDED. SHE SUGGESTED REARRAMGING SOME OF THEM AND THE BRACELET LOOKS GREAT. SHE ALSO OFFEREC TO CLEAN IT. SHE OFFERED ASSISTANCE WITH SHOWING US OTHER DISNEY CHARMS AND I ENDED UP PURCHASING ONE ADDITIONAL CHARM. THE BRACELET LOOKS GREAT. THANK YOU VANESSA

The manager is very unfriendly very bad service at this store and they don’t have the case for the Disney 100th anniversary charm very disappointed because I’m collecting all charms from the Disney 100th anniversary I’m a Disney fan
