I was greeted by Kaitlyn, who was an exceptional customer service representative. Kaitlyn helped me pick out a beautiful ring that matches my necklace. Kaitlyn was kind, compassionate, friendly, and helpful.

I was visiting from out of state. I received exceptional service. Already planning my next quarterly visit.

Upon walking into the store I was greeted right away from the staff. They asked me if I needed any help from the start. I looked around and found something I was interested in while the sales associate brought out a few options and I found exactly something that I wanted. Extremely satisfied with this visit.

Before coming into the shop my fiancé and I decided I would get at least 3 new charms for my bracelet. Upon walking in we were greeted warmly. My fiancé and I started browsing the many pieces on display and he saw there was a sale for receiving a free bracelet if gone over a certain spending amount. Irina came over to ask if we had any questions and immediately answered all our questions. She showed us all the pieces that caught my eye and I ended up buying 6 new charms and received the free bracelet. Irina was very sweet and friendly. She made my experience in the store very memorable.

I bought a charm from Pandora and I asked the sales representative if he could clean my bracelet before adding the new charm, he was so polite and was able to get my bracelet so shiny that it look like new, I felt so motivated as if I had a brand new bracelet, I can not wait to go back and add more charms to my bracelet

I was highly satisfied with my pandora visit because the worker helping me was amazing, knew exactly how to help me with little description, and made it a quick and easy trip. I am thoroughly impressed and I will look forward to purchasing more jewelry from this store.
