I knew what ring I liked because I saw it online. And when I came into the store and told the store associate what I was looking for they knew exactly what I wanted and I got to try on different size. I found the ring I wanted but not even a week later a gem fell out, but there is a warranty so that’s good too

We liked the fact that everyone was very nice and helpful. Because it was our daughters first purchase, the rep make her feel comfortable. Our rep helped our daughter with selections that weren't hard to understand.
