Associate was not able to find the price of item I was buying at the store. I had to pull the price from website.It took too long to complete the purchase.Her English language proficiency is poor.Not a good customer service

Sales associate is not Interested to show more options , when we ask she said only one box of ear rings available.

No one greets customers or even gives eye contact to customers as they arrive. Unable to multitask and we watched customers walk out. Not enough sales associates on floor. One sales associate visited with a customer at checkout while customers waited.

We did not the language barrier with the sales associate. She did not understand what we wanted. We could see all of the trays as she was not allowed to pull them out for us. Very frustrating.

Not a very friendly sales associate. I came in for a mom charm and she pulls 1 out. She was not able to look up my moms account said she doesn’t have anything I said oh no she has 3 full bracelets. So I asked if she can resize my Pandora ring and she said no I have to buy a new one, not sure why since I bought it less than a year ago. I then asked her to clean it and you could tell she didn’t want to she just wanted me out of the store.

I would shop online instead of in store after my experience. I went in for a Mother’s Day gift. The sales associate was helpful enough- I guess I was confused at first about the free bracelet with purchase sale- I did not know that there was a difference in amount that needed to be met for the bracelet options. It was presented like I could pick of the two equally. The sales associate was almost pushing me to spend the $350 to get the rose gold- which I liked- but did not know there was a price difference in spending per bracelet. I paused because I was not intending to spend over $350 and called my sister, who I was purchasing this with. I then told the sales associate that I wanted to do the silver bangle for my gift with purchase and pick charms that totaled over $150. After that the sales associate was cold, gave me attitude, did not make eye contact with me or engage. It was quite uncomfortable.
