A few months ago I needed to visit Pandora to buy a gift for a friend’s daughter and Mia helped me go through options and choices in my budget and was friendly and polite the entire time. I was not a fan of Pandora before that visit, friends of mine were but charms in not my thing and because of Mia’s expertise and willingness to help guide me though all that Pandora offers, I feel like I’ve become a regular customer and a few of the girls will greet me if they see me pass by the store even if I don’t stop in for a purchase. On this trip I came in and Mia knew from previous conversations that I wanted to seen the dragon charms that had just been released, because I asked about a dragon charm on my first visit. She’s always great in suggesting ways to use the charms for me (I don’t do charm bracelets) and is truthful when she knows something just not working for me. I would tell anyone to shop with the ladies at the Bellevue location.

The employee that helped me out with my purchase was so nice, extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything that I didn’t want and she helped me get the items that i wanted. I felt very comfortable while shopping.

They were very kind and welcoming! They even polished my charm and bracelets, it was very nice of them!

Helpful and friendly staff--they helped me find specific charms that I asked about and offered me some nice options. They re-set my bracelet and added the new charms and polished it all for me. :)

The sales associate that helped me on my first visit remembered me and catered the entire buying experience to my tastes. I didn't feel any pressure to buy what I didn't want. It was straight to the point. Totally my style.
