They was a good amount of available merchandise. The store location I visited was clean. I was shown multiple products. And I was also sized.The associate helping me was nice.

Sales lady was professional and friendly Very knowledgeable about products and suggested options Variety of merchandise sold in the store. I was able to switch out a bracelet for a bigger size that I previously ordered online with no issues or concerns. Great customer service

Dominic F. No 238465, the sales associate was 100% knowledgeable. He took the time to measure our wrists properly. He showed us the different selections of charm bracelets and charms. He knew what was in stock and what just came back into stock. ( which was what I needed) He helped me in the store and an online purchase. Dominic was also very personable. He spoke well and to every one in our group and during interaction with his co-workers. It was a pleasure doing business with this young man.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because the staff was super friendly. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will go back again for future purchase because of my experience there.

Teri was very friendly and helpful to my mom, my sister, and me. She was very kind with our requests to have our bracelets cleaned without hesitation or question even though they had seen better days. My sister even asked another associate to clean her bracelet at the same time and was told that cleanings do not generally occur on the weekends due to high volume of business. Teri helped with all 3 of our bracelet cleanings and was very knowledgeable and patient while we shopped for a variety of different items.

Jonny was so helpful and polite helping me find my birthday charm my mother wanted me buy from her. It was a great experience and I was thankful for birthday wishes from Jonny. He was such an awesome Sales Rep
