I was satisfied by an associate quickly greeting me and assisting me after I was there for about2 minutes and quickly helping me out with my purchase.

Kelly was great at making my purchase. She knows what customer service truly is and is truly sweet. I was visiting and she even helped me get to my next destination through the mall.

We were told first that our purchase qualified for jewelry box. Later the associate said that if we spend another $65,we can get 2 jewelry boxes. We were in rush so i told the associate that keep everything there and I will be back in 1 hour,when I went back the other associate said that they only had 1 jewelry box not 2. That was disappointing.

I wouldn’t say I was not satisfied. The staff was amazing and hustling through. It was just the weekend and I know they could of used more team members assisting but I know staffing is difficult. I just feel bad for the team who work so hard but probably don’t really get recognition

I placed an order online for in store pick up. I used a coupon code when placing the online order. I received an email that one of my items had to be cancelled due to my size not being in stock at the store. I called the store to check for other sizes. The rep advised that I either replace my order online for the new size or just purchase it in store when I pick up the rest of my order. The problem was that in store, I would not get my coupon discount and online , the size she stated was available in store was sold out. Not that the coupon code would have worked for a second order anyway. I received a coupon code from the live virtual assistant so that I could place my order yet again online. This time I called a different location to verify the sizes before placing an order. I places the order online again only for one of my items to be cancelled yet again despite me calling prior. I ended up going in store placing the order in person, paying full price for the items while still waiting for a full refund for the online orders.
