Khephra has helped a couple of times when I purchased my charms, however prior to me going in person I had called the store and spoke with Khephra and he was so helpful and communicated with me and that’s what made me go in the first time I went to this location. He’s very attentive to your specific needs, super kind and friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to Pandoras inventory. He is the perfect example of extraordinary customer service. I had seen the type of ring in the window, and Khephra was so helpful in offering choices and sizes. I tried on one ring of the possibilities he provided, all were so pretty and then picked my favorite and Khephra chose the perfect size. Thrilled!

I wish I got the name of the sales associate, I'm not sure if the name on the receipt is him. I had visited another Pandora location (Northridge) the same day prior to coming to this one in Topanga Mall. I was happy I did, because the customer service in Northridge was poor, and this Topanga location was much better. The associate that helped me at Topanga was very interactive with us, and offered suggestions that really helped. He was friendly, caring and knowledgable about the product. We felt very satisfied and comfortable with the customer service. I usually won't go out of my way to write reviews but I'm very happy about my experience.

The employees there were really nice and understandable on what your looking for. They’re different selections of everything. When packing your jewelry, they pack it with care.
