You have a very valuable employee by the name of MJ at your Topanga Westfield Mall. She was very knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. She arranged the ten charms on the bracelet for me and also told me about a safety device for the bracelet. I definitely would go back and request her to help me. Would appreciate if this company commended the young woman for doing such a good job. I purchased more than I had planned but very happy with the experience. Art was very kind, patient, and helpful. He suggested some pieces to me that I ended up getting, and some I will definitely come back for . This is my first charm bracelet, and I think it perfectly represents me. The shopping bag charm was hilarious to me, I had to get it! Now, when someone asks me what I want for my birthday or a holiday, I can just tell them to get me a charm. :)

The workers are so helpful and super kind , the guy who assisted me was so kind and friendly. He was such a sweetheart ! Over all my experience at the store was an overall 10 out 10 ! And the necklace and earrings were perfect for my liking , i don’t use studs so the guy recommended me hoops instead. It combined very well with my necklace. Thank you !
