I thought the Mgr Amilia is the best salesperson I have ever met. Very hospitable and friendly. Her smile and her laugh are so contagious. And her staff is great also, they all have her personality. You can tell her staff respects her very much and follows suit. I made her an offer to come work for me and she said she is very happy with Pandora and has no intentions of leaving her company, that says a lot about a person. You have a gem of a Mgr working for your company. I absolutely love her. I will keep coming back to her because not only is she great, but she is also very knowledgeable about the products she sells. I wasn't planning on buying anything, but she convinced me with no problem. Thank you very much, I am very happy with my $2000 purchase. The associate was very nice and knowledgeable about the items I asked for. I was able to see in person all the charms I wished to see.

the sales associate that was helping me was very helpful and was super kind about answering any and all questions i had. he never rushed me at all and was super sweet teaching me how to put on and off the bracelet. also let me know about return policy and survey.
