I walked into Pandora looking for a a birthday gift for my cousin. I knew I was going to ended up getting her a friendship ring. So I purchased the knotted heart for her and myself. Really feel in love with the ring.

Shelby who showed us all the merchandise and checked us out was very helpful. She allowed me to try on the necklace size that I was looking for with some of the charms so I could get a feel of what it would be like wearing it with the amount I was planning on adding. I thank her again for her service.

Every time I walk in the sore the associates are friendly. They are very knowledgeable on the items I am looking for. The associates know the promotions going on in the store. They give the customer time to look and decide what they want all while being efficient and effective.

The sales associate Shelby was very friendly and helped me select the best clips and accessories to go with the bracelet I purchased for my mother. She was patient and took her time. I didn’t feel she was rushing me out of the store which was nice. Great service!
