The young sales lady greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable of Pandora's products and went over and above assisting me with my bracelet and new charm that I purchased. She was amazing and I would love to have her as my salesperson the next time I visit Pandora. I did not get a business card and I will look on my receipt for her name or sales number before I visit the store again. Her personality, charm and knowledge of the merchandise was a big plus for me. She was great.

The service in the South Cernter Mall was excellent. The sales rep took the time to rearrange my charms. She also explain to me going forward, some other charms that would accent / look great with the ones that I have already.
