The sales associates need to not judge people based on appearance. This has happened multiple times at this store, and once they realized that I was spend more than $150, that when all of a sudden I was Important enough to show more items.

I came in to get a charm specifically from Seattle as a remembrance. Cameron ( idk if thats how spelled) told me they no longer do Seattle themed charms, BUT he did an amazing job at recommending other charms that can still symbolize Seattle. He was fast, friendly and made me enjoy my time. He also helped clean all my charms and band soooo great they look new !!! I love him
