I had never been in a Pandora store before, my daughter wanted to buy a gift so we went in. The associate was very friendly and helpful, the jewelry and selection were very impressive!

The staff was very kind as my father and I arrived, quickly asking what we were looking for and displaying their options. Then when I asked if they had a specific bracelet, Leticia helped me find my size as well as displayed other bracelets I cannot wait to buy. Leticia was very kind and let me know about the perks of buying my bracelet such as free cleanings and the free year warranty as well as she ensured I had two copies of the receipt.
