We entered the store and we were helped right away by a sales associate. We were looking to buy a bracelet charm for my mom and the sales associate showed us a great selection of charms to choose from.

Friendly, efficient service in a clean store. The salesperson was very fast in locating the items requested (that were available). I was hoping to get a Rocky Mountaineer charm but it appears they are only available in Banff?? I thought the RM charms would be available at each Pandora store at each main station.

I did not have much time to pick up a birthday gift for my friend, so looked up and called into make a hold on the item. I got quick confirmation of availability and holding the item. When I got in to pick up, it was quick. Ece asked if I needed anything else and helped me looking at other items and also let me know other sizes or items might be in interest. I did come out of store with what I wanted in a real short time. She was super helpful and friendly.
