Not very satisfied in Pandora charms for Vancouver or Canada in general. Other places I have visited, for example Alaska, Disneyworld, etc. have more choices and nicer quality. Was disappointed in the selection for Canada in general. I ended up having to purchase another style charm.

Visiting from another country australia. Was a little disappointed that you could only buy Canada charms just in Canada… etc. prices were a little too high Need a birthday or reward cards….

Wanted to buy something but out of stock in store. I could find the item online and it's still available. But I couldn't order it and pick it up in store. The store couldn't order for me too. Made me feel a little upset.

I was normally highly satisfied with your sales but not for the managers. When they are at the higher position, the less of customers understanding and being very nice to your subordinates and to customers.
