The sales associate was very friendly and patient as she helped me with my ring purchase. She showed me a few different styles and although the store was quite busy with customers, she was able to multitask and bounce between customers. I ended up purchasing 3 rings and was very impressed with her service.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The knowledge of special collection charms was informative. The suggestion of safety chain on the bracelet to protect the charms from accidentally falling off was a great tip.
