The wheel lock key broke wile replacing my tires and the manager replaced it with an original set at no extra cost.

I had a problem with my tpms sensor and they took care of it.

Im really happy with the service, I used to be a Firestone costumer until I founded this store, Gregg was really professional and helpful on my first visit at the store. I went for an oil change and end up getting 4 tires and from that day that is the repair shop for my cars.
