Accommodate the customer as well as price match the customer if they can get same service at the store competitors store it's just leaving s location to drive to another location so that will be an inconvenience..... Be reasonable with prices of the customer already has the piece they needs to be repaired

Improve communication with customer. The service I got is from $15 to @ $20 lower at other shops in the area.

Front associates needs to be honest and honor what’s advertised. I took a grand opening coupon for an oil change of $49.99 ( synthetic ) and the associate Michael Delgado wasn’t honoring that instead he was giving me a $20.00 discount which was totaling to $91+. He was showing me his computer with $20.00 off. I had to ask him to adjust his discounted price to $49.99. He should’ve done it when I showed him the coupon instead of trying to show me around. This is a new store. You wanted to introduce yourself to the neighborhood and customers by sending in the coupons in mail. The associates needed to train/told to honor any and all advertised pricing to show that you stand for your advertising. Don’t already start diming and nickeling your customers when they’re being introduced to your new store. Needs tranparency.

Do not use deceptive sales practices to try and sell me something I do not need. Very disappointed in Tire Kingdom.

Stop over selling your customers. Stop baking in upsells on an invoice with no explanation or warning. Stop telling customers to pick up their vehicles when the wheels do not even have all the lug nuts attached on all of the tires. Also, stop the attitude on the phone when a customer tries to call and follow up. I was told I would receive a call - never did, then got attitude when I finally reached out. Absolutely horrible experience in every way. I will NEVER go to a Tire Kingdom again, and I will be all too happy to let everyone who asks me know about my experience.
