I drive an Acura Mdx 2012 subsequently the tire is placed underneath the car and takes a little effort to wind it up under the car needless to say TK associates did not put my spare tire back properly they just threw it in my truck that’s the first time EVER that level of laziness has been exercised

For a tire purchase and install along with an alignment it took over 3 hours.

Sales person was dressed nicely but did not have a name tag nor did he offer his name. I had an appointment but it seemed it took extra waiting time to start working on my car and only an oil change took over forty minutes to complete once they started. There was also a lack of communication between the workers with a noticeable stress in the room. I waited in the waiting room for the service to be completed and was notified by a phone call that my car as ready while I was literally in front of the person making the call…a total lack of communication and I also noticed my car was sitting ready for approximately ten minutes before he even called me.
