I had an unexpected flat tire and arrived before the store opened for assistance. The Manager Gregg was outside cleaning up the property and came to speak with me. He explained that they were booked with appointments but would see what he could do. Upon arrival of his staff they immediately took a look at my car and when their first appointment was a no show they took mine back and repaired the tire. The whole staff was friendly, explained what the scenarios could be once they removed my tire and updated me throughout. I was back on the road a little over an hour later. I was treated with respect and a warm welcome. The first time ever in my Tire Kingdom history! Thank you Gregg and team! I will be back for sure!
