The respect, friendliness and effort of staff to make sure my needs were met were impeccable! Crystal (front desk) has a very upbeat, respectful and friendly demeanor. Every time I go in she makes sure I am taken care of in a way that makes you want to be around her. She is top notch!! Joey, mechanic, committed to staying as long as needed the day of service when I stopped in for the initial appointment yesterday, telling me not to worry about adjusting my work schedule to get to the service appointment earlier. He did a great job and also had a very friendly attitude.

Promised completion time not honored. Tires not inflated to recommended pressure. Staff friendly and courteous.

I had a dash light come on that indicated I had low tire pressure. I stopped in without an appointment and was greeted by the clerk. He told me to pull my car over to the bay doors and someone came out immediately checked all four tires and adjusted the air. He explained to me what pressure I should have in my tires. He was very polite and thorough. I wish I got his name.
