In and out in a breeze. Tires arrived on time and correct.

The staff was extremely helpful and explained to me what is going on with my brakes. The show room was very very clean. They were done with my vehicle in record time.

I was taken at my appointment time; work was expertly performed straight a way; everything done as I asked; and I was on my way! Also folks were friendly!

I walked in and needed an oil change They took me right in and had me out in less than 30 mins. Super friendly

I like that this location rotated my tires and completed the oil change and air filter change and did not try to upsell me on any services. I had that happen at the Middletown KY location, the GM recommended 900.00+ in services, which included shocks, struts, alignment, etc. I didn't get any of that at the Shelbyville KY location, and I have done business there for a long time. I know they have a high level of integrity, and if their technicians saw an issue they would tell me. I trust them.

They did exactly what I asked in a timely amount of time.

Everything was explained.The service was a thorough one tires filters overall inspection of vehicle.Includding future repairs were addressed.
