Timely service. I was made aware of a potential brake problem, but no push to have brake work done immediately.checked alignment and recommended it be corrected, which I did.

When getting other work done, it was discovered by Big O employees that a wrong part had been used by our company mechanic. They were able to quickly replace the parts and get me on the road. Saved me from having to tie up 2 employees to.deliver my truck to our mechanic 2 hours away (2 round trips).
