Big O Tires

Evidently from what I understood they sold my tires to another customer just before my appointment. Who does that? Very unprofessional!

Honor the price I was told when I made my apt of $59 no the 75 that I ended up getting stuck with

I dropped my truck off at 12:30pm for an appointment I had scheduled at 1:00pm to have new tires put on wheels that had no tires on them. I was taken back to this location at 4pm and called the store as I approached and was told that my vehicle was on the alignment rack when little did they know I was standing next to my vehicle and it had not moved from where I parked it! I proceeded to walk in to figure out what was taking so long and the employee acted like my vehicular was not even there when he had the keys to it

I called and after I explained the car was 04 Saturn Vue with 146,000 miles and stopped in mid of street... They advised a tow truck and bring to the Big O location... Paid for that tow, --- a few days later said they will not work on the car and charged for the inspection which led another tow back here to home at 782 S. Cypress... I'm out 2 tow truck charges and Big O's inspection with NO progress... Should never have been advised to bring it there...

I will not be returning to a Big O Tires location in the future. I will not be recommending their services to anyone. I had Initially gone in for a tire rotation and oil change. Had to return to get my vehicle re-balanced and when car was returned the interior was dirty from the employee moving the vehicle.
