Best experience with my problem.

Everyone takes good care of our cars. They do not recommend anything that is unnecessary. They are always very kind and respectful, and I appreciate that.

The employees know me very well and treat me with enormous respect. I have been doing business with Big O Tires for 15+ years. I have spent thousands of dollars only because of the high degree of honesty, integrity, speed, and professionalism they given to me. They know my voice each time I call and I call them friends.

Great experience both times we’ve taken cars in. Have switched over from where we were previously getting maintenance due to the friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

Gardner Big O is the Best! Everyone there is skilled & friendly. Knowledgeable & makes you feel comfortable. I always leave comfortable that the work is completed correctly & I feel safe driving off every time. Altho pricey I feel the quality & reliability are worth it.

Walk in,tell the guys what size of tires you need,they give you your options with the prices,and tell you, what they would recommend and go from there.

Nate was amazing from arrival to departure. The fuel filter was on so tight them thought maybe they couldn't change it as they didn't have a replacement but they managed and the work was completed. I will return in the future as the experience was great. Being a woman in a small town you always worry about the cost and service and if you will be taken advantage of but the price quoted was the exact cost. Great group here in Gardner KS

With my equinox they worked very hard to help me out to where I could afford to pay for it. They were very compassionate about the situation and look around for the cheapest part to help me out
