Just a flat repair they took care of it guy walked in same time as me I had a appt they did his first I waited not cool

I was told the alignment would cost $99, plus tax. I was not told about an additional $9.95 for “Shop Supplies” until after the service was completed. When I was rung up and my total was $120, I wasn’t pleased with not knowing about the additional fee beforehand. Inform customers about all costs before writing up the service. Thank you.

I think 24 dollars to repair a flat that wasn’t even on the vehicle to be a bit excessive.

I just came to buy a battery and did not have to wait.

It took over 6hrs to complete my vehicle, and nobody ever called to give an update. They never told me it would take so long. Otherwise I was very happy with the service.

Please change to highly satisfied. I trust and rely on Big O’s. On this visit they put the wrong psi in my tires and I had to go back and have it corrected. Which they did immediately! Minor in the scheme of things!

They recommended an alignment. They were going to check it. Then they did it and I was charged.

I specifically asked to fix the TPMS light issue and they gave the van back with me with the light still on and issue was not fixed. I also specifically said the spare tire was on the front right and the main tire needed replaced with the other 3 was in the back of the van. They put the new tire on the spare rim. I spent over $1,400 on tires and rear brake service. It felt like all my requests were ignored. I was a repeat customer, but based on how this issue is resolved, I will be moving my personal and company business to Anderson Auto.
