Big O Tires

I called mid afternoon on a Monday, and asked the employee if it possible to get in this evening or sometime on Tuesday. I explained to him that I only had these availability from my job to get anything done to my vehicle. He said that he would be able to get me worked in around 2pm on Tuesday, I said great, I will take it! I arrived a few minutes before 2pm and gave the man my name and type of vehicle, he asked if I would be waiting and I did. The gentleman was very nice and polite, and within 45 minutes the employees got all 4 tires rotated and balanced. I was very impressed with the proficiency of all the employees getting the vehicles taken care of and back on the road. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!!

We have been using Big O tires for quite a few years with many different cars, older and newer. They have ALWAYS been friendly, informative and extremely helpful. We do not go any where else!

Very easy to get in, quick and good folks

Easy to work with, clear communication before and after service. Easy to make an appointment and drop off. I like the guys at the shop. They are courteous and respectful.

They did everything I asked them to do from the oil change to the tire rotation and they also found a nail in one of my tires and repaired it in a very timely manner.

Came in to get a tire mounted for my lawn tractor and they were nice enough to squeeze me in and get it mounted for me in less than 15 minutes.
