I needed a flat tire fixed, so came into the shop when they opened. Asked if they had time to fix a tire that day and they happily said yes. I dropped it off. Got a message later that it was ready. I called and made an appointment for that afternoon to have them put the tire back on. They had the tire put back on and put my spare away in my car in the correct spot and did it with super efficiency. I Love how friendly everyone was and the price was appropriate for the service. I Love that I can come to a place and it's always the same. Friendly service, helpful attitude and a job well done!!!

They called to remind me and reached out for scheduling. The work was completed in a prompt manner.

Obviously, what I asked to be done on my car were done well. Also, I like the diagnostic given about other things that need to be done.

The guys did a great job inspecting my tire for a possible leak. I am from St Louis area and was visiting family but chose Big O because of the reviews and the availability to book online. Will definitely recommend to my family in Gardner.
