The staff is so ridiculously friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am always greeted with a smile, and somehow they always remember me. I never thought I would look forward to going into a tire store, but I do!

Fixed the problem on time as quoted.

My car hit a curb after sliding on ice and bent the front wheel and damaged some suspension parts. A much bigger repair that I had anticipated. Will Cooper, at Big O, was very helpful in communicating the situation, and assuring me that Big O could handle the repair. It took a few days, but all the repairs seem to work, and the new set of tires, that were needed as well, ride smoothly. Very thankful for all the support and good work that was done. Will Cooper went above and beyond!
