The level Big O and the team are so kind to rotate tires for free. They fixed a tire my friend had for free. I just cannot get over how many good seeds Big O sews into the community. I'd feel terrible not getting my next set of tires or brakes from here.

My car hit a curb after sliding on ice and bent the front wheel and damaged some suspension parts. A much bigger repair that I had anticipated. Will Cooper, at Big O, was very helpful in communicating the situation, and assuring me that Big O could handle the repair. It took a few days, but all the repairs seem to work, and the new set of tires, that were needed as well, ride smoothly. Very thankful for all the support and good work that was done. Will Cooper went above and beyond!

I had no appointment. I walked in and they helped me and communicated multiple points while I waited. Everything was taken care of in less than 2 hours.
