Everything went fine with the oil change, as usual. I was unfamiliar with the technician that checked me in, and when he called to let me know the oil change was finished, he said that I needed new spark plugs. I just had several services completed at this location in November 2023, including a tune up and new plugs. The technician with didn’t check my service record, or worse, decided to try to jam me up with unnecessary services. This is the first time anything like this has happened to me at this location.

This particular big o has heen excellent over the past 10 years even with changes in ownership. I trust them with all four of my vehicles.

I should mention that the cost of the tire work I did was not communicated to me. I expected it to be around $88 - $92 (the last two times I have been in) but it was $116. Not unreasonable, being 2023 and inflation) but there was a question in this survey about the cost of the service and I wanted to recommend that having the cost explained up front would have been better.

Courtney was very friendly and helpful. Realizing I was on a tight schedule, she escalated releasing the car so I could make an important appointment. I later brought the car back and the crew inspected the brakes, finding them fine, and replacing the tires. Courtney also has a really cute and friendly dog, Huckleberry. Overall, it was as good an experience as I could’ve expected for an unexpected tire replacement.

Not one employee could explain to me when and how my payment was to be made nor could they tell me my monthly payment amount.

The parts for the repairs did not come in AM came later in the day repairs not finished next day

I asked the associate to diagnose a problem that I had with my headlights and was told that he would call With any questions. They ended up replacing the headlights without calling to all if that was okay. Had they called I likely would’ve authorized it. However, when they asked if I wanted them to remove the new bulbs, I said “yes” in frustration when I should’ve just paid for it and not come back in the future. The associate apologized for the confusion and only charged me for the oil change even though I offered to pay for the labor to remove the bulbs. Communication is just really important to me.

I have a vintage auto that is a rare year/model. Parts can be somewhat difficult to obtain, and with my vehicle there were options. I had to order some parts myself, but was treated fairly on the labor for installation.
