I had taken my 1956 Chevy pickup to several other tire shops and drive line shops to help me with a vibration I was having. The employees at Big O found the problem right away and said I needed new front tires. After taking it to the previous tire I spent many hours and money trying different things to correct the problem. I was very happy test driving the 56 after Big O tire fixed the tire problem. The detail on the final bill that you used to have regarding other fluid checks and fills is gone. You should bring that back.

I really was satisfied. Courtney is great. Even the dog was friendly, however having a dog in a business is not necessarily a comfortable experience for everyone. A minor nitpick: There are courtesy tea bags but the hot water did not work.

Easy process, and great employees. Great communication of services and speed. They gave me a realistic timeframe and followed through with it.

Had to return to store for proper Psi modification just an inconvenience.
