We have been Big O customers for over 40 years. We have used this Big O for not only our vehicle needs but have also been used by our kids and Grandkids. The service is excellent, trustworthy, straight forward on your vehicle needs and repairs and the employees are friendly and helpful and take their time in explaining the vehicle needs. They are very efficient in getting the work done. It is our life time go to company for our vehicle needs.

The last place I went to, les Schwab I think, they tried to upsell me on things that I didn't need to get on my vehicle. I decided to go to Big O instead and they gave me exactly what I asked for. From now on, if I need new tires or an oil change I will come here. You guys are awesome! Keep it up!

Owner was very friendly. I was put in the rotation right away. Service went fairly fast…cost remained same as always!!! Very thankful for the service!!!

The guy who helped me was great! He was very helpful and informative in answering all of my questions. I’m terrible with remembering names or I would mention him for recognition.
