Great service, called when the new tires were mounted.

I’ve been taking my rig to Big O for a few years now. Always quick turnaround and great service.

Keaton was extremely helpful and very thorough in trying to solve the problem I was having with my car. I felt like they went above and beyond in resolving my issue.

I dropped by to have my tire checked because it looked low. It was very low, and they checked it immediately. It had a nail in it. They fixed it within 30 minutes, with no charge! I love this place.

The only recommendation I have is to contact customers for approval prior to performing an additional charged service. I was expecting a $20 bill and left paying $45. It was only an extra $25, but other customers might have an issue with this. Great otherwise.

The techs did a great job checking our 2009 Pilot as prepared for a long distance trip. The balanced the tires, replaced the drivers side rear taillight and completed the checklist on schedule.

Even if the shop is Busy I get the help and direction I need from the staff.
