My 1st interaction with Big O tires went very well, Sydney helped me with my needs, ordered the tires, contacted me when they came and scheduled the work, Rolled in 7:15 a.m. with my trailer, parked out front, Courtney helped me and then rallied the team to switch out 6 tires on my trailer. Met Keaton while the team changed the tires, had a great conversation. What a great experience. Thank you to all who helped me and who perform the work. In and out in 45 minutes. Awesome service. Thank you again

Keaton took time to explain the warranty and also showed me what was wrong with the tire. He was extremely patient throughout the process.

I spoke with Chad prior to getting this service done. Chad is great to work with. Professional, honest, and gave me multiple options. When I aske questions, he was great to get me prices and availability. I have been a BIG-O customer for over 25 years. Mike used to live across the street from me in meridian prior to purchasing the store in Ontario. I was so sad when Mick told me mike passed away. Mike and Dana were really good people. Mick always treated me right. I work at Idaho Power since 1990. Great family owned business, and Great people working there. Miss Leo. He was a great guy! love the store

Tire was inspected and screw removed free of charge. Courtney also thoroughly inspected tires for wear and advised that replacements were not needed at this time.

Quote was spot on, time was spot on, and they want us to come back for free check ups. Seems like they care and it shows.
