We have been coming to this location for years due to your excellent service and knowledge.

Personal service, fair price and knowledge of staff.

Technician found other issues on my vehicle that require repair and attention during a routine tire rotation. I was unaware of the issue and happy to be informed.

We had an urgent tire replacement problem. They were able to locate and obtain the tire in a timely manner

Going over several quotes with Chad was very helpful. Chad was patient with me and took the time to present options and steer me in the right general direction. Getting follow up information from Hunter after also getting quotes from Les Schwab brought clarity for us moving forward. Hunter managed to put us at ease despite the high price tag for all of the work that needed to be done to our car. Although spending a couple thousand dollars on an older car with higher mileage is no fun, the folks at Big O gave us confidence that we were doing the right thing. To be fair, we have been putting off a lot of this maintenance for quite some time now. Everyone that we interacted with was very honest, straightforward, respectful and polite. We will continue to do business with Keaton and the gang at our local Big O here in Boise.

They were very knowledgeable and took my vehicle right in and before I could finish my coffee it was done. I had another company tell me that they could not align my car because the frame was bent. After talking to a frame guy he said he only trusts Big O tires. so I went there and I see why. I had aligned correctly and it drives so much nicer.
