Big O Tires

I am always happy with the work they do on my truck and I have been a customer for a long time because they help support the BBSEF and I have been with the program for over twenty two plus years and I appreciate that they always make a donation and I always buy it. I have two sets of tires and they are always happy to help me.

My tires were ordered way ahead of time to assure they would be available when needed. When it came time to install them, it took less time than expected.

My tire had a nail in it and I stopped by without an appointment...they took care of me very quickly and well. They were friendly and thorough in their work! I feel like I can stop by there any time, just to say hello...they are so welcoming! I feel like they are family.

The associate saw my new Big O tires and asked how I liked them. My request for a rotation and new wiper blades was rapidly and efficiently addressed. Most importantly, there was a beautiful dog there to pet.

I was able to have my car checked out in a very timely manner and the problem fixed under a warranty I didn't realize applied.
