I was very satisfied with the team at the Boise location. They got me in same day and fixed the problems I had with my brakes, as well as identified other issues of concern (my reverse light being out). I experienced some problems with payment that they worked through with me until I got them resolved. I’d definitely return.

First off, I can only receive emails while I'm at work and they more than happily communicated via email. I came in not knowing what they would find wrong with the vehicle. They found things wrong pretty quickly and communicated back their findings. I wasn't ready to fix the things they identified and they provided zero resistance to just doing what I wanted them to do. I've been to this location before and every single time I'm thrilled with the service and quality of work.
