Big O Tires

I have a classic 1965 Mustang that has been difficult to have the front end aligned by other shops in the past. It was never quite right. I have owned the car for 15 years gone thru a few sets of tires. This is the first time is was done correctly. It feels like a knew car. I thought it was just the way an old car drives. Thank you Big-O in Petaluma. Derik and the alignment mechanic are great.

Ulises and the entire team was helpful and informative. I walked in at 8 because I had a screw in my tire. They completed the patch in less than 30 minutes. I am so appreciative of the friendly and fast customer service this location provides!

The team was great, they proactively reached out prior to my appointment to make sure they had the tires in stock. They then immediately got to work when i showed up and my car was done in under 45 minutes which was AMAZING!!!!

Josh was great. He had quality customer service skills, communicated as much as possible even during really busy times throughout the morning. He also experienced a not so well behaved customer who was out of line and he never broke a sweat. He kept things moving in the store. I was very impressed.
