Very competent and friendly staff. The new manager at the Shepherdsville Road location answered all my questions to my satisifaction. It took over 3 hrs to install 4 tires. But, I was a walk-in. I am satisfied.

The new GM, Dallas Young, was very accommodating and efficient in every way. He was super busy but stayed on task and maintained a very formidable attitude getting everyone handled smoothly. He even took the time, energy and effort to discuss with me why I should be getting synthetic oil changes in stead of conventional per my engine recommendations that I had no clue of. Larry Golden was also helpful in getting me in the que to be taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
