Big O Tires

The staff was friendly and explained how and why my issue was caused.

I had bought my vehicle through Kia since it was a Chevy they couldn’t get the locking lug nuts off had made appt and a lot of unsatisfactory time with them so eventually they gave me the replacement I had gone to Chevy they didn’t have the pc long story short big o came through and got them off with damaging my wheels and super nice kept me in the loop was done in less than 15 minutes

First off. I originally wasn't going here as I was trying to go to the tire shop next to my apartment. I made the appointment and they closed early due to staffing issues. No communication. So. I then was referred to Big O by one of my employees. I was looking online and sent my stuff in. Within 5 mins. They called me and got me situated. I explained to do what needs done at the cheapest as the issue was unexpected. They took everything I said and got it going. They had my tires in the next day and had me in and out. Excellent service and I will be back.

Having a payment option was the best reason for me to choose Big O Tires.

Rapid response and clear communication. when issues arose phone calls were made to make sure that I understood the charges etc. highly recommend

The staff is always great, At age 80 I would not go anywher else, I have been a customeer of this location for years.

I first called to make an appointment, but was told for what I needed (check a leaking tire) that one was not needed. I also asked about nitrogen and the person explained that it wasn't particularly necessary, which I appreciated. The techs at the desk were friendly and helpful, not only to me, but for other customer interactions I witnessed. The work was completed very quickly. I was able to use a coupon for this service.

The customer service representative took the time to explain the price and service to me. Excellent Service!

I had tried a couple places that were too busy to help me before I called Big O. They were able to help me right away and I was so relieved to get the problem taken care of. I’m grateful for the quick and courteous service.

Went in for a tire repair--tire was repaired in a very timely manner although I didn't have an appointment and there was no charge even though the tire wasn't originally purchased there. Incredible customer service.
